I already have an account at www.arcticrange.com. Do I need to create a new account for shop.arcticrange.com?

If you have an account at www.arcticrange.com you will have to create a new account at shop.arcticrange.com. 
Please follow the instructions during the check out process of your shopping cart to create a new user account for our shop.

How can I download tour photos?

Click on the link 'Add to cart' to add a photo to your shopping cart.
Click on the link 'View cart' on the side of the page to see the list of selected photos. You can remove photos from the shopping cart.
Click on the link 'Checkout' on the side of the page to process the photo order.
After the photo order has been processed you will receive emails to confirm your order. You will also receive emails to finalize your account setup.
After you finalized your acccount setup you can login to your account to download the photos your ordered in high-resolution.

(Please note, the downloadable photos will be removed from the online shop after 4 weeks.)

I forgot my username or password. How can I login to the website again?

You can reset your account password by typing in your username in the 'User Login -> Username' field and click on the 'Login in' button.
On the next page you will be able to click the link 'Have you forgotten your password?' to request a new password.
Type in the field your account username and click on 'E-mail new password'.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

I submitted an order and/or created a new account but haven't received any emails yet?

Sometimes emails might not be delivered due to Spam-Filter settings in your email account.
Please check your 'Spam' folder in your email account and enable emails from shop@arcticrange.com as 'Not Spam' or 'Not Junk'.

Please note, if you are using a hotmail, aol or yahoo email account you might not be able to receive any emails from our automatic order system. If you haven't received any confirmation emails after you created a new account please contact our office and we'd be happy to assist you.

I can't log in to my user account?

There are various reasons why you might not be able to log in to your account:
- Your username or password might not be entered correct. Please check if you have 'caps lock' on your keyboard.
- In case of violations against the 'Terms and Conditions' of content usage from our Shop we reserve the right to close the offending account without notice.

If you think that your account should be open and there might be another reason why you can't access our Shop please contact us at shop@arcticrange.com.
